Doris Bennett, Bred by Ralph Moore, California 2002.
This rose grows to about 16 inches in height, and slightly less wide. It is densely branching, making for a very full, shapely shrub. It flowers all over the bush creating a symmetrical display at all times. The blooms are about 1.5 inches across, and open flat with dozens of gracefully pointed petals, all laid out in perfect form like a tiny Water Lily. The buds have a very interesting pale silvery-mauve reverse. Generally there are 3 to 7 blooms to a cluster, and repeat is very fast. As I say, this comes very close to representing an ideal Miniature rose, for me. Highly recommended! ARS
