Seedling, bred by Paul Barden, 2002.

Breeding: 'June Laver' X 'Graham Thomas'.

This is a seedling I have been watching for several seasons now. While it occasionally offer a great photo opportunity as you see here, it has too many faults to consider it for commercial release: it Blackspots far too easily and is not generous with rebloom. Neither is it particularly well scented. Nice try, but it misses the mark. Too bad.
